Need help with a design, a measurement or an export?
Include your app version, Android version, device model and the steps that led to the problem. Screenshots and exports are optional; remove anything you do not want to share. Please do not send passwords or payment information.
Which measurements do I need?
Measure inside the finished opening: top width, bottom width, left height, right height and usable depth. Check additional points and obstructions on site. Five readings cannot reveal every bulge, taper or concealed fixing condition. The app does not infer a wall taper.
Can I use inches?
Yes. The Measure step accepts decimal and fractional US inches. Switching units changes presentation without rewriting the stored millimetres. Cutting output retains canonical millimetres; inch references are approximate.
Where is my project?
The app keeps one project locally on your device. There is no Flovi cloud account or project library. Clearing app storage or uninstalling may remove the project; your operating system may restore data through its own backup settings. Shared PDF and CSV files are reports, not editable project backups.
Why is my cut list blocked?
A blocking issue prevents cut-list generation. Resolve it in the relevant planner step, then check the schedule again. There is no override. An unblocked plan still needs site and manufacturing checks.
How do I export?
Use the PDF or CSV action on Cut List and choose a destination in the system share sheet. The app creates the file in its private temporary cache. The destination you choose controls any subsequent storage or upload.
Are board names or 3D colours a supplier guarantee?
No. The bundled catalogue is generic. Confirm the exact supplied board, usable sheet size, thickness, grain, finish and edge treatment before ordering or cutting. Screen colours are illustrative.
Purchases and refunds
The app is being prepared for a one-time paid Google Play release. No release date or final regional price is confirmed here. Once available, Google Play handles the purchase and any refund request under its applicable process.
