1. Overview

Fitted Wardrobe Planner ("the App") is developed as a standalone, offline layout and design planning aid designed to assist woodworkers, carpenters, cabinetmakers, interior designers, and DIY enthusiasts in planning built-in alcove wardrobes and generating preliminary cutting schedules.

2. Information We Collect

The App does not collect personal data during normal use. Specifically:

• No Personal Identifiers In-App: The App does not ask for your name, email address, physical address, phone number, or payment details.
• No Device or Usage Analytics: We do not track device identifiers (IMEI, Android ID, Advertising ID), IP addresses, operating system diagnostics, or usage sessions.
• No Account Required: You do not need to create an account, log in, or authenticate with any third-party service to use the App.
• No Network Requests: The release version of the App contains no network permissions (android.permission.INTERNET is not included in the release manifest). All mathematical calculations, 3D renderings, and nesting diagrams run entirely locally on your device.

3. Data Storage & Local Persistence

• On-Device Storage: The dimensions, alcove survey inputs, and wardrobe configurations you enter are stored locally on your device using private application preferences (SharedPreferences).
• Data Retention & Removal: Your saved project data remains strictly on your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share it. Users can delete locally stored application data at any time via Android device settings (Settings > Apps > Fitted Wardrobe Planner > Storage & cache > Clear storage).
• Operating System Backups: Note that standard Android operating system backup mechanisms (such as Google Drive automatic device backups) are controlled by your device's system settings and may back up local app preference files unless disabled in your device's system backup settings.

4. Exporting Files & Sharing

When you use the PDF or CSV export features, the App generates planning files in a temporary private cache directory and invokes your device's native system share sheet. Temporary exports may remain until Android clears the cache, you clear the App's storage, or you uninstall the App. The App does not upload or inspect them. A destination you select handles the files under its own privacy terms.

5. Third-Party Services & SDKs

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, crash reporting trackers, or tracking pixels. The native runtime consists solely of the core open-source Flutter framework, bundled local WebGL scene renderer (Three.js bundled locally offline without CDN requests), and local platform utility plugins.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not address or target anyone under the age of 13, nor does it knowingly collect any personal information from children.

7. Sale and sharing of data

The App does not collect project data for Flovi Limited and does not sell or share it with data brokers or marketing partners. Users maintain complete, autonomous control over their local project data directly on their device.

8. Support Correspondence

The App does not send support messages itself. If you voluntarily email support, your email provider sends your address, message, and any attachments to Flovi Limited. Flovi Limited processes that correspondence to respond to your request and maintain appropriate support records.

10. This website

This policy describes the Android app. This product website is hosted by Netlify; its hosting provider handles ordinary web requests, such as your IP address and requested URL, to serve and protect the site. The product pages do not add analytics, advertising pixels or third-party video embeds. The presentation video is hosted on this site. If you follow a YouTube or Google Play link, that service’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
