Privacy policy

Your room plans
FloorMark is provided by Flovi Limited. Room names, measurements, layouts, material settings, prices, skirting and appearance choices are processed on your device. Rooms are saved in local app storage, including recovery copies that help recover from interrupted saves. FloorMark does not send your room plans to us and has no account system or developer-operated cloud synchronisation.
No app tracking or developer data collection
The current mobile app does not send personal or project data to us. It does not use advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs, or track you across apps and websites. It does not request your location, contacts, camera or microphone. Realistic previews use bundled graphics and are created on your device; your plans are not sent to an AI service.
Imports, exports and sharing
Import reads the room backup you choose through the system file picker. PDFs, CSV cut lists, room images and JSON backups are created locally. Exports can include room names, measurements, material choices, warnings and calculated quantities. When you choose to save or share an export, the destination you select receives it and its privacy practices apply. Flovi Limited does not automatically receive a copy. Contact details and website addresses are copied to the system clipboard only when you choose Copy.
Device backups
Your operating system may include FloorMark data in backups or device transfers, depending on your device and platform-account settings. These services are operated by your chosen platform or backup provider. FloorMark does not run its own cloud backup service.
Retention and deletion
Rooms and recovery copies remain in local app storage until that storage is removed. On Android, clear FloorMark app storage in device settings. On iPhone or iPad, delete the app to remove its local storage; offloading the app retains its data. Export a room backup first if you want to keep your work. We cannot recover rooms stored only on your device. Exported files and device or cloud backups remain separate: manage or delete those copies where they are stored. Restoring a device backup may restore saved rooms.
Purchases
The Apple App Store or Google Play handles your app purchase and its purchase records under its own privacy practices. FloorMark does not ask for or receive your payment-card details. The app has no subscriptions or in-app purchases.
When you contact support
If you email flovilimited@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the information or attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond to your enquiry and troubleshoot the issue. Our email provider processes that correspondence as part of delivering the service. Support correspondence is separate from data collected through the app. Send only information needed to explain the issue. You can contact us about access to or deletion of support correspondence. We retain it as needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.
Keeping information safe
FloorMark uses your operating system’s app storage and system interfaces for importing and sharing files. Exported files have no additional FloorMark password or encryption. Protect your device and choose carefully where you save or share your plans.
Support website
This policy’s statements about local storage and no app data collection describe the mobile app. Our static support website is hosted by Netlify, which may process standard technical request information under its own privacy policy at https://www.netlify.com/privacy/. The website does not request or upload your room plans.
Children
FloorMark is a home-planning utility. It does not offer accounts or request personal information from children through the app.
Policy changes and contact
